Fees

All of Neuroplan's services are eligible for funding by agencies that provide coverage for speech-language therapy. The most common type of funding is extended health insurance, so be sure to check your employee benefits package. BC`s Medical Services Plan does not cover private speech-language therapy, but government funding is available through the At-Home Program and the Autism Funding Unit. Refer to some examples of how to keep therapy affordable here.

Our fees are deductible under the medical portion of your personal income tax form because speech-language pathologists are recognized as medical practitioners in BC. More information is available from Revenue Canada.

Individual Session Pricing

Individual Therapy	$120/hr	Pay $84 for a 42 minute therapy session.
Assessments and Consultation	$120/hr	This is for client contact, reporting and team involvement.

Neuroplan's Computer Lab Pricing

The Jogger	$240/mo	Pay for six hours/mo and get an additional two hours for free each month.
The Sprinter	$480	Pay for the first 12 hours of your summer program and get unlimited additional hours for free during July and August.

At Home Pricing

The 12-Month Marathoner

$240/mo

Pay the joggers rate, but get unlimited hours, unlimited programs, and unlimited consultation for one person working on a home computer for 12 months. Your first two programs are $1440 each and the rest are free during the 12 month period.

Payment: Neuroplan accepts payment by VISA, Mastercard or cheque. We can also invoice funding agencies directly.

Funding sources: If you have a funding source for speech-language therapy, please provide details about your coverage. Our office will gladly assist you with the paperwork.

Receipts: Neuroplan provides receipts that you can use to obtain reimbursement if your employee benefits package includes extended health insurance for speech-language therapy. Often there is a yearly limit or a per visit limit. It is helpful to call your provider in advance so that you know the details of your plan before you start therapy.

Sibling Discount: Families are eligible for a 20% silbing discount.
