Fast ForWord Language Basics is aimed at young children, four to seven years old, and uses fun activities to develop the early auditory processing skills necessary for language and reading development.

As a precursor to our Fast ForWord Language program, it prepares young students by enhancing their ability to use a computer, wear headphones and complete a series of exercises independently.

Fast ForWord Reading Prep

Fast ForWord Reading Prep builds pre-reading skills, with a focus on phonemic awareness, phonological awareness and the alphabetic principle. It is designed for early literacy development, helping students who are having trouble moving from the spoken word to the written word.

Based on research of how the brain learns, Fast ForWord Reading Prep exercises use exclusive patented technology to help students build cognitive skills in the context of essential pre-reading skills including:

  • Letter recognition and naming
  • Phonological awareness
  • Letter-sound associations
